We were trying to buy our first home and went with another realtor who completely dropped the ball and seemed to show little to no effort. We were in a very difficult position and on a time crunch but once we contacted Lana, I knew everything was going to be alright. She did not rush us what so ever, she gave us advice, she was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home, and she showed genuine care about our happiness. About a week and a half after contacting her, she found the perfect home that had everything we were looking for. She had dealt with the builder on multiple occasions and knew exactly what to offer. The next morning the offer was accepted! The loan office that Lana recommended, was just as good at what they do as Lana is with realty. We closed 2 weeks early. When selling the Townhome Lana worked with me in every detail from the pictures to closing including those wonderful baked goods that made every open house a great experience for potential buyers! The Townhome sold quickly when homes were not selling as soon as they became available. While selling my home Lana took me to 24 homes and with patience at each home let me get the feeling of the home going from room to room and waiting for my opinion never one time made me feel uncomfortable when I told her I needed to see another home! The reason for looking for a home at this magnitude was because I had deceided this was going to be my last home and Lana understand my thought process in this journey. When I did find the home again she took care of each step from the offer to the distribution of the keys when I could then call it home!
